Usually under 3 weeks if you use RICE, especially within the 1st day of injury; if the damage is more on the muscular side, it should take less time; if it's more on the joint side, especially around the elbow or shoulder, u may have to wait a while. if it's not a strain but something else, you could be waiting a while. technically a very minor strain isn't going to last long at all, since that happens when you work out anyway.
also, biceps are among the fastest growing and recovering muscles in the body, so unless u did something serious, you're looking at days or maybe a week+, but not usually anything more thank two weeks, unless the muscle is totally dysfunctional atm and you don't use RICE.
EDIT: also expect some weakening upon your return, and stop if you feel any abnormal pain on the way back into lifting with the bicep.
