I liked the one smoked gave me that was simple and got the job done but I am looking for more. I dont really do shit here in Arkansas so I am going to spend more time working out. So I am looking for direction/suggestions. I would still prefer 3 days of lifting per week so I can make sure to get in my lifts when I travel on the weekends. Halp?
