any suggestions / additions? Should i be taking fat burners like lipo-6 black? my friend really likes that stuff

If you are taking caffeine for cardio then no additional fat burner stuff, honestly you would be better off if you wanted to take a fat burner to make your own ECA stack

Not sure you need lifting stuff too especially if you are trying to cut obviously for running a marathon :donno:

Hard to give reccomendations without knowing what goals you have in mind short/long term

lifting now is at a minimum, not using any of the lifting stuff.

goal is to build cardio lose weight while maintaining muscle not building. so lift a couple times a week high reps low weight along with regular pullups/push ups. prolly gonna buy caffeine taurine and vitamin B complex for cardio. already take daily the stuff under general health.

Take BCAA's before and during cardio to help keep muscle instead of burning it for energy, especially if doing morning cardio on an empty stomach
