Day 3, Wednesday, 5/11/11: HIIT (5 minutes) - Run back and forth across the yard 3 times, walk 1 length (2 uphill sprints per set)

I literally feel like my heart is going to burst out of my chest. I am light headed. Only 5 minutes. 99% sure you aren't supposed to start out HIIT on hills.

Day 4, Thursday, 5/11/11: Push fire engine tire up & down hill 3 times, do 5 burpees in between pushes, finish with 10 body weight tricep dips

Day 5, Friday, 5/12/11: Work 10 hours, off day
