Day 3, Wednesday, 5/11/11: HIIT (5 minutes) - Run back and forth across the yard 3 times, walk 1 length (2 uphill sprints per set)
Day 3, Wednesday, 5/11/11: Push around a fire engine tire
I literally feel like my heart is going to burst out of my chest. I am light headed. Only 5 minutes. 99% sure you aren't supposed to start out HIIT on hills.
