yeah i want to slim down a bit. im not as fat as you were, but similar. im about 200 right now and want to lose about 15-20 pounds and stay at my ideal weight.

Gl, for me it was just getting my diet in order.

I am now sitting at ~182 and am fairly happy with it. Now working on trimming away the last bit of belly fat and gaining definition. Will update with another pic later today. Will be where I want to be by November
