Honestly too high for starting back but co-worker and I will be going full force
starting next week so just getting back into the habit now. We'll do a 1rm test on
all exercises next Tues I think.
Going again tonight once i get motivated.

Rob (co- worker) and I tested our 1 rep maxes last week.
We just finished up our first sls 5 x 5 tonight, all markers were hit,
I'll do a better job logging next week.
