so yeah this morning i remembered why i never liked running first thing in the morning
it feels okay while i run but when i get back home i feel really weak, hot and want to vomit, kind of like a hangover
i was okay after showering though
maybe i should eat something before going for a run first thing in the morning? also i drank some water before running
it just would be convenient to be able to run in the morning

you just pushed it too hard. i get that same exact feeling when i run before i lift really hard (and over-do it). you will build some cardio and feel better if you keep running... just know your limits and drink lots of water

kept like a week's break because of too much other things to do, now getting back to it
but i didn't even run that much today compared to what i'm used to :donno:

its probably like you say, a blood sugar thing. your body runs out of quick energy and goes into fatigued shock

i think i'll be fine as long as i sleep well, eat a fruit in the morning and don't push it too hard
probably won't be able to run as long as i would in the afternoon after proper meals but meh, would rather spend my afternoon and evening doing something else
thanks for the help though
