A few honorable mentions, summed up very briefly!
They are all good for their style and very listenable.
Agoraphobic Nosebleed - AgorapocalypseSecond best album of the year - ANb evolve their signature cybergrind style into full songs reminiscent of classic thrash and hardcore, but infinitely more aggressive as you would expect - holy fucking rapecore!
RAWR RWAR RWARWR AWRWARGod Forbid - EarthsbloodRecognizable as God Forbid, but it is a very well written progressive metal album, the band shows that they have a lot more to offer than you may have expected from previous releases.
RAWR RWAR RWARWR AWRWARNapalm Death - Time Waits For No SlaveSomewhat of a continuation and refinement from their last two, still the perennial Napalm Death style and still aggressive, the culmination of their style since 1988's "From Enslavement to Obliteration".
RAWR RWAR RWARWR AWRWARThursday - Common ExistenceThe product of everything they have done, moreso their post-Full Collapse style, and a very well rounded record that shows elements of their style not prevalent in the definitive album "Full Collapse".
RAWR RWAR RWARWR AWRWARThe best so far:
Darkest Hour - The Eternal ReturnCareer defining and all encompassing without mistake. It took me several listens to really get into it, and ~100 listens later it is still growing on me - give it ten dedicated listens then get back to me on it.

Also listening to Novembers Doom's new album and it is awful, but I can't give a fair review to an amazing album without at least 20 listens.
