For when heavy lifting to get pumped as corny as that sounds.

Looking for metal, hardcore, anything somewhat related to those genre's to use...

Currently have on my lifting mix some rammstein, dillinger escape plan, sonic syndicate, hatebreed, mushroomhead, devildriver, in flames, 36 crazyfists, killswitch and a few others i cant think of off the top of my head

Looking for bands and or songs...

Maybe I will give it a shot, but I guess I am looking for heavy breakdowns in the songs?
