yep, it should have been a 10-12 episode season max
the first half of the 16 were all together awful as they were about 2 episodes worth of content in 8

it could have been shorter, but also could have been longer

even the final episodes, they spent the whole episode on dramatic dialogue scenes, and completely excluded any scenes of what happened in the month since the to'hajilee

Overall I was entertained. It could have been better but I think people overhyped the show too much to begin with. It's a solid show and it ended okay, could have been a lot better though.

Although the suck Gilligan dick parade has come full circle. Breaking Bad is now the #1 rated TV show on IMDB now overtaking The Wire.

the m60 got screentime as a teaser in previous episodes since the beginning of last season, heres 20 seconds of walt building a machine that is the tool to conclude the entire show

i love the way the show ended for all the characters, but it was what everyone expected to happen, and the execution could have been much better

the finale was too much of a deus ex machina, i guess is my point

what does that mean (i never played that game to get the reference)

it was a good scene, i liked it, but i think they could have showed more of a buildup to the final scene, both for walt and jesse

the scene where he was building the gun turret was interesting, but by itself it wasnt cool too see, and at the end when hes reaching for his keys you know exactly what hes going to do, especially after he pulls his car into the exact spot and they have the dialogue of jacks guy telling him to park somewhere else

if they never had the turret-building scene, you would have no idea what hes trying to do whenst inching towards his keys on the pool table, then would be "holy shit whats happening" when he hits the button and the m60 comes blasting out of his car outside

same thing with ricin, if they hadnt been showing ricin the whole season, the shot of lydia pouring stevia into her coffee wouldnt have immediately been "oh thats the ricin, nice"

it would be at the very end when answering todds phone that walter says its ricin and you would remember that shot and realize what it was, much more exciting

I waited 2 weeks for that last episode and was a bit disappointed, it wasnt bad, i just wanted a bit more from the episode
