yes

this episode was filmed as a possible series finale, not season finale. i think they wanted to end it with walt being the mastermind the whole time, but since it has one more season, I'm not sure how they're going to handle that

Yes.

If you re-watch a previous episode in the season (I forget which). Walt is spinning his gun on the table and it keeps pointing towards him, eventually it points towards the plant and the scene ends. Awesome foreshadowing, only one of the reasons this show is amazing.
