who is this and what happened

His statement will sound something like this.
“This is all a misunderstanding. I went over to her house to propose, but I caught her(he’ll try to make it sound like they were together and she was cheating) with the other guy. He tried to attack me, but I defended myself. Christy got hurt in the process. I love her and would never hurt her.”

But that the other guy attacked him and he was defending himself, then Christy came at him with a knife and he had to defend himself. And she just would not stop. He eventually was able to get the knife from her after defending himself. He broke the knife to neutralize the situation. She ran back in the kitchen to get another knife and he feared for his life and left. He knew it would be their words against his and saw the reports and just panicked and stayed in hiding.

He’ll get a decent attorney and pick her statement apart and on the stand. She’ll say they were broke up for 5 months and he’ll say he was going over there to propose and produce a pic of her performing oral on him two weeks go. The attorney will ask which one is the truth and which one is the lie and roll with it. It doesn’t matter what she says, he just proved to the jury she lies. He’ll continue to pick her testimony apart on the stand with anything that contradicts her original statement. Chances are she’s made multiple statements to various police agencies and his attorney will have all of those. The attorney will show the jury the video interview were she says she would deserve to get killed and roll with that too. The prosecution has to turn all their evidence over to the defense. War Machine can plead the fifth and not make a statement to the arresting agency or take the stand during the trial. She has to take the stand.

The arresting agency has already taken pictures of every inch of his body. If he has any type of knife defensive wounds, that will really hurt her credibility, too. Especially f he didn’t resist arrest.

All his defense attorney has to do is create a reasonable doubt in one of the twelve jurors’ minds. Chances are, one of those jurors has had a girlfriend, or has a son who has had one, or knows a friend or knows someone who has had a psychotic girlfriend that has done some vindictive stuff and attempted to ruin someone’s life. His attorney will produce texts and other evidence that portray her as a complete psychotic train wreck. All he has to do is make one juror think to themselves, “What if his story is true and she’s fabricating all of this? What if I accidentally send this man to prison for a long time? I can’t definitively say what she is saying is what happened that night.” And he walks.

With all that said, I really hope he represents himself.
