the reason i was thinking that you could still flip the item is because generally there is a range in price that the item moves for. your implication is that there just is not enough buying happening. which is right only in the sense that the differential between buying and selling drove the price to precisely -5%, removing any range in price. thus TIL the GE still have a 5% +/- cap on amount change (for some items)
