on a sidenote
when i write an email asking questions clearly laid out, like:

CODE
1.  can we take the boxes in installments?
2.  what would our price be for shipments of 500, total 1000 or 1500
3.  what would your lead time be?


how is it possible to get a reply that says:

CODE
yes, we can do installments.  how many would you want each time?  price and lead time will vary with total number of boxes also, so let me know quantities.
