I wasnt in the mood to cook off some baken so I pulled out the second-string baken. (Hormel crumbled)
I tossed it in a pan to brown it up, then made a most delicous omelete of egg, baken, cheese and hot sauce. I topped her off with hot salsa and I am pretty sure as soon as i get back from taking my dog for a run up in the mountain I am gonna make another.
