some customer just called and said we sent him an item that had a tag on it saying "no good".
when i told him we dont have a tag that says "no good" and we generally dont make a habit of actually marking something as bad and then putting it with the good stuff and selling it. he also said we sent him a box of parts. upon telling him that our parts come in full pallet quantities and it is impossible that we would take a box, which is only used on a finish item, and fill it with parts, set it next to something marked "not good" and ship it too him.
when i said sure, no problem, we will send you 2 new things and you can send us the bad ones back he gets all flustered and says he will have to check to see where "the bad one" is

generally get about a call a week with some asinine excuse as to why they deserve their money back, but when you question them why they get all confused and have to "brb phone"
