Just took a fat loss aid, small starting dose, and I'm about to crawl out of my skin...I'm super jittery and anxioius.

On a side note, prision workers walked by my road picking up trash and it's what got me "started".

It's ephedrine, caffein...the ephe has other shit in it..it's home made.
This is only a test does.
10 of ephe and 100 mg of coffee.
Tomorrow it's like 3x of that.

Lowest was 87.

120/80 or lower is normal blood pressure
140/90 or higher is high blood pressure
120 and 139 for the top number, or between 80 and 89 for the bottom number is prehypertension

I'm in pre hypertension
Proabley gona try a small dose tomorrow and see how I deal with it. if it's still high or higher, I'm coming off.

My normal blood pressure from a drs office(good measurehing thing) was 115/62

But, I think if it was higher..much higher I'd feel alot worse.
