As of now, no.
I'm going to take some stuff for blood pressure...fish oil and baby asprin..i had to get off for a dr visit for 5 days. I'm gona do that stuff for a week and then try a small dose 10/100 again and see how I feel. if after then its still scarey high like now, I'm going to get off. Not worth rishing my health for.

ideally you cant really keep measureing your blood pressure hoping for an accurate reading, its like 1 and then wait an hour.

dont even do it next week, its going to do the same thing to you. the last thing you want to be doing is a cocktail of drugs to counteract the ephedrine you dont even need
