seems high but i bought 9.8k myself, so very possible and likely
and if there really was only 16 numbers drawn, thats 16x15x14 for a winning combo (with no order taken into account ofc) which = 3360.
so one out of every 3360 tickets should have been a winner by numbers. now with order taken into account we can multiply that by 6, so 3360 x 6 = 20160. so one in 20,160 tix should have been a winner. we have a situation where there should have been 1.69 winning tickets alone.
