getting tired of the pearl... and the trackball is all fucked

any insider knowledge where i can get a decent deal on a new/refurbished phone without starting a new contract (i still have ~10months to go)
i want to stick with the PDA kinda thing, works well for work related things

you can get it replaced with another pearl for free

if you get it replaced more than twice in 90 days you can multi-exchange to a new curve

you can also early upgrade if your price plan is $50+ / month (something like that)

a multi exchange will not effect your contract but will effect your upgrade eligibility

yea your stores may be different than mine but, the kids @ my store do not know shit.

took my phone in to warrenty exchange b/c it broke

he looked at my phone a minute, checked if i got it wet, handed it back to me with a buisness card and said "yep its broke" and walked away

That's because stores don't do warranty exchanges, they don't have refurbished phone stock.. Always call tech support.. That's what the store does when they dissapear for 2 hours.. They're on the phone with me, when you could have called yourself and saved a whole day
