First, we disabled the smoke detector (which is illegal to do, so I don't recommend this). We then thought it would be a good idea to cover the A/C vents with blankets the first few times we smoked (and then realized that we didn't need to). We also started off using Spoofers (paper towel roll with dryer sheets, blow the smoke into these) and blowing the smoke into a fan that was placed in front of the open dorm window.

By the end of the year, we basically just lit up blunts in the dorm room with no care.
