Well if he did not breathalyze or draw blood or get you processed you have a chance to win since no physical proof unless you were drinking a bottle and he took that...
And this is not lawyer advice, its from working with cops to know whats needed in those cases at least in PA...get a lawyer and fight it if you want, and the amt of $$ spent on a lawyer gets better results...some dbag lawyers just want $$ and dont care though
