the only question this brings up is, how do they intend to cook massive amounts of bacon while maintaining quality?

i expect my bacon to be hand made and crispy, not a stack thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds

I work at a restaurunt that serves bacon along with many things and its become one of the various meats that I despise because of my job

However the occassional "chicken bacon club" or "blt" is still amazing. Yet the thought of eating nothing BUT bacon makes me sick to my stomache.

Once again this is all in due part to the job I have.
