It doesn't require nitro but I want to know if they would do it. You can carb a beer without it, but carbed up on nitro gives it a different mouthfeel and makes the draft appear different in your pint. I don't think it changes the taste much but a friend of mine drinks a fuckton of this Irish cream ale and he claims that on nitro it's completely different from c02. Only major differences I noticed are when first poured it creates this weird cyclone effect that makes the bubbles sink and the head of the beer lasts wayyyyy longer.
