shoudl just come to wisconsin and come to madison for mifflin.

Police dont care if you're underage walking the streets as long as you dont step on private property and their grass :euh:

got to see a cop lift up a passed out kid who was like 17 off this guy's grass onto the sidewalk so he woudlnt have to ticket the kid and worry about hte owner getting mad.

i love it there.
