We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to be part of our small design team.
Responsibilities
Design site features such as Comments, Rating, User Accounts
Improve on existing site design
Propose multiple site designs for AB testing
Conceptualize and design Secret Project X (hint: it will bring online video viewing to a whole new level.)
Our ideal design
Clean, simple, minimalistic
Cross browser compatible
Pixel perfect
Fast to load
Requirements
Expertise in XHTML and CSS
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to produce our ideal design (see above)
Experience with video and social networking sites
Bonus
Experience with Javascript, AJAX and any Javascript frameworks (YUI, Dojo, Prototype)
Experience with any templating engines (Template Toolkit, Smarty, Mason)
Experience with Flash and Actionscript
iPhone or Mobile web design experience
Location

Anywhere in the world. This is a telecommute position.
