List something you ate that surprisigly passed through your inner workings and came out looking the same. Corn obviously is the most common but I'm talking about the strange shit you wouldn't image having enough defense to hold up from in to out.

I'll go first: tomatoe shells and burnt onions...

I grilled onions last night to put on steak but I got distracted and they ended up burnt and not carmelized. 3 mins ago I laughed as they appeared exactly the same as they looked last night while eating.
