2 part question, homebrew is not an acceptable answer.

What is the 1 beer you would be ok with drinking for the rest of your life if you had to pick 1 and only 1. (you can list more than one answer if you have more than one selection that you would be ok with having as your only drink.)

What beer have you either seen/heard/read about that you really want to try but never got to.

My answers:
Dark lord imperial stout is the one beer I never got to try but really want to. It is brewer in Indiana and only sold for 1 day out of the year on site where it is made. The people dedicated enough to go there wait in line for hours and are only allowed to purchase 6 bottles max @ $15 bucks a piece.

I can't list just one beer that I would be ok with for drinking the rest of my life. But the three at the top of my list are: Appalachian brewing company's espresso stout and/or their barleywine or Swashbuckler brewpub's cask conditioned bourbon porter.

If I didn't have to spend the money on it, I could drink Chimay Ale Grand Reserve for the rest of my life. Couldn't decide on a single beer though, I would need something that works for every situation, and that's tough.

I have yet to try Sam Adams Chocolate Bock, though I will try it soon. I have tried Utopia and while it was great, it is overpriced, and I would take a dozen bottles of Chimay over a single bottle of Utopias.

What is the 1 beer you would be ok with drinking for the rest of your life if you had to pick 1 and only 1. (you can list more than one answer if you have more than one selection that you would be ok with having as your only drink.)

Dogfish Head's Theobroma
Left Hand Brewing Company's Milk Stout

What beer have you either seen/heard/read about that you really want to try but never got to.

Bube's Brewery in Mt. Joy, PA (a brewery & hotel that only has their own craft beers)
Cask Conditioned Beer (I've never had any)
He'Brew's Jubilation 12
Major Tom's Pomegranate Wheat
Moylan's Dragoons Dry Irish Stout
Smuttynose's Robust Porter

There are plenty more for both lists but I'll keep it short.

Anything with light or lite in the name is not beer.
