why the fuck are you taking the sat? you plan on going out of state?

I'm pretty sure every University in the nation accepts the SAT as an entrance requirement to tell what level of retard you are.

I don't believe Dubya changed that rule, No Kid Left Behind was possibly the worst policy they put into effect.

from what i heard the sat is a good 40% more fail than the act, which is pretty damn fail itself
