Chimay Grand Reserve and Chimay cheese

Of all the styles of beer, I am proelbay least exposed to the trappists sort but its something I could definately see myself getting addicted to. I have a hard time shelling out so much money to try a beer that is imported when there are so many amazing microbrews locally for a fraction of the cost. But if you like beer, you owe it to yourself to spurge once in awhile and try something like this or duvel... my god those people in belgium know what the fuck is up.

Im not really a cheese person either, but fuck if this shit isn't awesome.

Where can I get Chimay Cheese? None of the liquor stores that sell Chimay sell cheese as far as I know, and Trader Joes doesn't either, though they do have the best price on the beer ($11 per bottle of GR)

This is one of my favorites, I need to try it with their cheese once I can find it.

I didnt buy the stuff, I was given it as a thank you for doing a few hours of labor.

However, he got the goods from a wegmans store. They have a selection of like 100 different cheeses...its insane. The bottle of chimay was $13, they have all 3 varieties of chimay there. The small wedge of the cheese was $11.
