Suggested serving size is 2-4 ounces. That's $12.50-$25 a serving if the bottle size is still 24 oz.

Which leads me to question...for those of you who "go out" and spend lots of monies at the bar. What was the most expensive shot you ever did?

I know there are mr fancy panties places that will serve shots of like blue label Walker for a hundred bucks but I'm looking for what you have actually spent. Around here I don't think you could spend more than 5 bucks on a shot and that's with a $2 tip. Lol

Patron shots are between $5-10 where you go around here, that's generally one of your most expensive shots that people actually do with regularity. Straight shots of premium liquor are usually going to be expensive.

Doubles, fufu shit, [etc] don't count IMO.

That's not to say I haven't been in places and spent $20 on one drink, I think you were going for the regular type of local bar price.

I'm looking for the most expensive you have done, not a regular. Just doing a relative comparision of serving size of Utopia. I wouldn't label that as a regular drink by any means.

I have no business buying a bottle of Utopia but I'm just brain storming here... Compared to the person who regularly does shots of premium alcohol it's not that terribly overpriced. I mean hell if you had the will power and the resources, you could make money on this investment. Empty bottles from previous years sell for $50 to collectors. And once all inventory is sold they mark up to $350-$400 per bottle.

When I was back in jersey and went to a bar with my m8's we got shots of yukon jack (i know high rollers) and had to pay 8$ for the shot.

I felt the bartender/owner deserved their own different kind of shot...

Thats the most expensive shot I have ever paid for, and it wasent even high class

This girl I was with at the beach a few weeks ago spent $35 with tip on two pina coladas without floaters.

Hand grenades in New Orleans (don't remember the price, proelbay around $10 a piece, probably dropped a good $200 on people ordering those one night).

Long Island with Patron, Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, with a floater of Gran Mariner for $20 without tip once.

even smells like pure alcohol
then why not drink pure alcohol?

Limited distribution starting November. I'm guessing that online liquor stores such as wells discount liquors will have some
