click to move with have a 1% chance to hold my attention
what i appreciate about wow is it actually is a challenge, where with d2 once the excitement of the levels/bosses was gone there was no challenge, only farming loot. i just dont see that being exciting anymore. and click to move presents nothing currently in the form of a challenge or exciting content.

D2 is the perfect game when no one dupes.

yes, but its not 2000 anymore, and the reason d3 has taken so long is they did not want a clone or a pile of shit. but if you only want another game where there are endless items and farming for loot to sell for riches is it then so be it.

honestly, what can a click to move game bring in repeatable excitement? a game that will make you want to play daily? how many challenging boss fights or areas can a click to move really have?

in fact, what was actually challenging in d2 outside of rng mobs spawned together that would fry your hc char.

I mean I have considered playing wow. I know it isn't a bad game. But monthly fee is just nn to me.

monthly fee is the only way to ensure content updates and clean gameplay (i hope)
no monthly fee no bot fee/dupe free play imo

I perfectly agree that is the advantage.

But if I pay for a game, I am going to feel a reason to play it just because I paid to play online.

And that is just going to ruin what I need to get done.

i work, so 15 bucks a month for a game not fucked by cheats etc is well worth it for me. and that does not make me want to play, just lets me know they will continue to care about the game.
