why you have to be stereotypical and collectively group all the different IPA's that dogfish makes as overrated but I happen to really enjoy their 90 minute. It has an awesome malt sweetness blended with the hop bitterness.

Noteable IPA mention that I think is widely distributed:
Weyerbacher Double Simcoe
Flying Dog Snake Dog and Double Dog

If you want to take the IPA training wheels off and go with a solid kick in the teeth, give some agressively hop'd American Strong Ales a try. Stone's OAKED Arrogant bastard is quickly becoming one of my favorite beers. Or slightly more mellow but with an amazing smell try Troeg's Nugget Nectar, it is an imperial Amber that could easily be confused with an IPA.

P sure I pooped pictures of a shit load of bottles I bought for St. Patrick's Day. Been drinking that one for a while now, one of my favorite.

I am also struggling to come to terms with the fact that Seth knows so much more about beer than just Old English.

only ones listed i havent tried are hopslam, hoptical illusion,weyerbacher, and the flying dogs. i agree the stone's arrogent bastard is v good. dogfish is good, but its not as good as some ive had making it overrated cuz it seems everyone is gay for it just cuz 9%

and when i meant dogfish i meant 60 an 90 min. i havent tried aprihop or any others
