I have a buddy who played in the CFL and even he prefers the NFL.
My dad had cataracts and he spotted a hot cheerleader across the stadium at a Blue Bombers game several years ago--the CFL isn't a complete failure, possibly for that reason alone. But otherwise 3 down football doesn't make a damned bit of sense and the ball is annoying because if you pick one up in a pile it's going to be a surprise "duck". We actually say that here for a bad throw.
