Regarding recent textual messages of the :drtunk: sort.

As far as most popular: Troeg's Nugget Nectar ranks as #34 (last I checked beer advocate.) I only have 2x 22 ouncers that I would be willing to trade if you could get your hands on a bourbon barrel blackout stout from Great Lakes.

If you wanted a variety of sorts I could mix up stuff from any of the following.

Breweries close to where I live or work:
Troegs
Appalachian Brewing Company
Lancaster Brewing Company
Yuengling

Some others in the state you may have heard of but never tried:
Iron Hill
Selins Grove Brewery
Victory
Sly Fox
Stoudts
Weyerbacher

I don't see any way of acquiring it because the only special release stuff I have seen is Nosferatu, Blackout Stout (non bourbon barrel) and Christmas ale, all of which are gr8. Not sure what else I can come across that you do not normally see but if there is anything you have heard of I will check.

Yea, it just having a 15.5 gallon pot. Getting a ball valve with a manifold at the bottom for removing the wot is also very hand versus pouring or siphoning.

I have a keg laying around that I need to get cut, but cant find anyone :(

I cut the top off mine yesterday. I was wondering if the problems surrounding the concave bottoms are due to stability issues while it's sitting on the burner or if it has efficiency/hazards that I'm unaware of.

Also purchases 50 feet of copper tubing to create an immersion chiller tonight or tomorrow :)

A word of caution when you do convert your keg...

Don't make the mistake I did and try to torch the top off with acetylene.... Use plasma or a diamond grinder. Fucking Christ what a mess I made in the beginning.

Depsite my previous idea, I am gonna keg my chocolate stout here shortly instead of bottle it. Too lazy to waste 3 hours washing and sanitizing bottles, so im taking the lazy approach.

Also, do you have anything to recommend? I have an old m8 who lives out passed Pittsburg who offered to bring me some beer this weekend and I am not familiar with what might b available to him out that way that might be from your area.

Great lakes is the only I can think of off the top of my head that he may be able to get. Really you should asking Evan because there is decent size difference from what you can get in ohio vs pa

I think I'm gonna have to move to Pittsburgh. I just found a bottle shop that has all 3 years of Sam Adams Triple bock (18% abv) from the 90's along with Stone Verticle stupid from 2003.
