You move back to Chicago, John & I will drop out of lollege and setup a WoW dormitory at your place, and you would never have to clean your house, do dishes, or mow your lawn again.

This is still grammatically incorrect. This would be a better sentence: Or you could complete college, try to find a job in Chicago, and have Joe move back to Chicago.

Joe moving back home is not dependent upon John & I moving there, we would be dependent upon him moving there, thus, you don't need to use thus the way you did in that sentence.

why can't you complete lollege?
