A powdery substance was discovered in Connor Hall by a member of the Campus Operations staff this morning. A note was found suggesting that the substance was anthrax. An organized evacuation of Connor Hall was made immediately, and the Fire Department was called to the scene to assist with clean-up and investigation. At this point, the substance is believed to be a brand-name body powder. A non-student suspect has been identified and banned from campus, and the investigation is ongoing.
