Makes me wonder if anyone has actually seen the process that butchers go through to put meat on the shelves.
I'm not gonna lie, the first time I saw a butcher gaff a pig through the face after he shot it in the head with a .22 made my stomach churn a little. Worse yet is the gurgling sound when they plunge the knife in their throat to make them bleed out while they are still trying to kick and stand up.
There's a difference between slaughtering animals for food, and torturing them for their entire lives, THEN slaughtering them.
