just feelin sickish from early mor9 lifting :-\
yeah early morning workouts suck lol...had to double up last night because i have work tonight, pretty tired lol
well i have been sleepin till like 9-930 then lifting around 10-1030 but with the influx of undergrads taking the one powerrack the gym has i kinda need to get there when i can use it for awhile myself...it sucks
squats @ 7am will wake you up real quick
