Now how is that too many calories if you don't know exactly my portions, the ingredients used, OR what my daily caloric intake is supposed to be?
peanut butter content only useless/fast calories that will only make you more hungry, by burning all insulin you have in your blood and forcing by this to pump more insulin in your circulation, those making you hungry
forget about sweets, eat sammich instead
