I am entering 4 beers in a regional homebrew competition this weekend. These 4 beers need to be named and I need to have a homebrew "brewery name." I am thinking something along the lines of: DC's Poop Brewery but poop in a brewery name might be unsightly and I don't want people to think DC means the regional location. Anyway, the 4 styles of beer that need to be named are:

1. Hefeweizen (light colored wheat beer, smells of cloves and fruit, tastes the same...I previously got 3rd out of 67 with this beer)
2. Oaked bourbon porter (black in color, smells/tastes of bourbon and oak)
3. Scotch ale (brown in color, smell/tastes somewhat like smoked barley and scotch in the background/aftertaste)
4. Double IPA (light orange/yellow in color, reaks of hops and has a balance of bitterness and sweetness. I used a pound of hops for this 5 gallon batch)
