well if you can't use your legs i really don't know, all the ones i do use the legs especially the deadlift

and I mean I did mil press today which indirectly uses legs since your standing but cant dead/squat...I am feeling like im at 75% now but i figure i might try some light weight next week like 135 squat to see how it feels and see if imma take the whole week off next week legs or not
