Catfish that I caught earlier in the year.
cup of hot sauce
cup of ketchup
can of tomatoe soup
can of water
some assorted spices from the cabinet but cayenne pepper and chili powder being the leading role

that looks great, but I have not been able to capture the awesomeness of bacon in a stew or chili :donno:

well i can tell you that while i sit here eating my third bowl of this majestic concoction the bacon is a bit lost in the entire mixture

but when you get a bite that is just the bacon and the sauce it is like a kick in the pan­ties from flavor town

Bacon will never maintain its texture, crispiness, or anything good like that when slow-cooked in liquid. I tried using 1/2" cubes to avoid that, but the only way to maintain baconation is to add the cubes right before eating, but that prevents the rest of the food from being baconated.

too much hot sauce and that is all it tastes like
which is why i tossed in the cayenne pepper and chili powder for more heat

:donno: more than 1/2 the ingrediants were listed with how much
the others were just tossed in until it looked good
and i forgot i also added some worchestershire
