The point is that they leave their packages out in plain sight while UPS and USPS actually try to keep packages out of the sight of the immediate passing by public.

we have 2 fed ex drivers, one for regular and one for expedited shipping, and the one for expedited is gr8, the one for regular packages is a fucking tool

fed ex drivers are freelance in essence, they get paid per package. ups drivers are essentially on a structured pay program, salary basically.
so this makes a ups driver more willing to spend an extra minute on service where a fedex driver is encouraged to hurry, because they only hurt themselves by taking an extra minute.
