I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the nonstop rain which has been falling for the past 24 hours. The fact that it is forecasted to continue until wednesday only has me a bit concerned. I am sure the three inches of water that is already in my basement will keep me company while we anticipate what else you have to bring.

Furthermore, it was a nice touch to add the 50 mph wind gusts over night that not only ripped the shingles off of my roof but ripped them off with such a force that they broke my neighbors brand fucking new siding that he just finished before the start of winter. I just CANT FUCKING WAIT to deal with the hassle of not only my own home owner's insurance, but dealing with his as well will certainly be a splendid time.

With all my love and expectation that shit is gonna get worse for the next 3 days, -Adam

I hope you are better at chemistry than formulating sentences into a complete thought.
1. It's been beautiful here for the past 2 days, my hops have sprouted.
2. In 3 years we never got a drop of moisture in the cellar but the compounded environmental changes of 2 feet of melting snow coupled with nonstop rain for 2 days completely altered the water index around here and EVERYONE in the area had some water in their basements if they had one.
3. The fuck are you even talking about

Wait let me see if I finally figured Evan out...

You think you can base judgment about how structurally sound a century old house is based off of a freak once a decade storm? You are a tool, your patents buy you everything and you have either lost grips with reality or have been caught with your grubby paws in rafflols/bills stash of drugs.

donno, when looking at apartments we went on a weekend that was raining non-stop 3 days just after snow had melted. any sign of leaking anywhere we left and went to a new place. plenty of places had no water. if trolling you about your house (mind you i wont have one for 10 years so the fact that you have a house at all is awesome) pisses you off, then you shout qti cuz it is not the place for you
