after searching for a couple weeks, I finally stumbled upon some Brooklyn black chocolate stout.

The m8 that sold me the beer suggested it should clearly be enjoyed at colder temperatures, but rather at a warmer temp.

Looking for ins8.

Ples & Thx,
Your #1 M8,
Steeks von Hammersteek

The only beer I drink "cool" is from my taps that are set to 47 degrees. All my bottled beer is kept in my cellar and drank at 55 degrees or warmer.

If you never had a stout like BCS before, chilling it for a bit in the fridge might clearly be a bad thing. Luke warm, considering the heat wave we are having would be a bad idea.

Give it hell steekinstein and report back on thoughts, likes, dislikes and std's as they develope and grow.

This is a bad beer to drink warm, I did it once. Fridge it for 30-60 mins and put the glass you are drinking from in the freezer before pouring.
