soy milk is fucking terrible


I don't think it tastes bad, it's different, clearly terrible (at least IMO). I do remember reading numerous articles regarding using it as a source of protein was clearly optimum for males because of the estrogen in soy.

Also that is a ton of carbs and fat..you should never really mix the 2 together..
