I know a kid who "riced-out" his neon to try and get more horsepower than an srt-4
that was a failure so he got a souped up corolla and put a charger in it, new exhaust, headers, cold air intake, chipped, basically everything you could do to do it without a different engine

they make everything that you can think of to "mod" out your terrible car.. I myself own a 95 Neon but I don't plan on ricing it up.
