How are you frying them?
the chicken was raw on the way into the fryer. wasn't sure how else to do it. did i miss a crucial step or something? the recipe online said nothing about raw or cooked.

are you going to wash off the batter and try to remake it completely? you can make it work without wasting your ingredients, then again i dont deep fry shit much im more of an oven/stovetop guy

the chicken is already cooked -- my goose is cooked
i can't re-try, but i will try again differently next time
