well what actually happened was i had a pound of spaghetti and i cooked it all, i didnt mix in the sauce with the extra pasta once i realized i didnt have enough, im clearly that stupid

mixed the leftovers in some butter and gave it to my dog

it is delicious though

who eats dinner @ 3 in the afternoon

that is pretty early
earliest i will have dinner is about 4-5, but then i'll eat again if that's the case
more normally i won't have any big meal until about 5-6

normally i will eat like 5-6 lighter meals per day with only 1-2 being "big", with a lot of snacks in between. i shoot for about 4-6k calories/d or more if i'm exercising hard. i should be a big fat guy but i sweat it all out too fast to get beastly.

btw making baked chicken (in a glaze) and 1 lb butter fried asparagus ton8
about 9 pces of chicken, will eat 4-6 now and the rest later ton8

aiming for satiety, was rolling huge logs in the backyard after mowing the lawn and doing the trimming; will workout ton8 ... already shot some baskets
